At Qai Aesthetics, we are open every Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM. Appointments outside these hours may be available upon request. Please contact us for availability.

You can book a service easily through our online booking system on our website, or by contacting us directly via phone - o737 758 0510. We also offer free consultations to help you choose the right treatment for your needs.

At Qai Aesthetics, we kindly ask for a minimum of 72 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients.

If you cancel or reschedule with more than 72 hours' notice, your deposit will be transferred to your next appointment.

However, cancellations or rescheduling with less than 72 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. No-shows or cancellations on the day of the appointment may also incur a 50% charge of the full treatment cost.
